Low Carb Easy Cheese Puffs recipe

With 5 ingredients only these delicious cheesy goodies will make the perfect low carb snack.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • ¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella

  • ¼ cup Almond Flour

  • 1 Egg

  • ½ tsp Baking Powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into balls.

  4. Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
